I take medicine that makes me constipated. I have found these capsules to be safe and effective. I have gone from going to the bathroom once every week and a half to every day. I feel much better.

This is basically a cheaper version of Metamucil. It works great for regularity. I am mostly taking it to help lower cholesterol and haven't been tested to check to see if it helped with that yet.
