I actually got these pills just yesterday. I really had no expectations at all. I try a lot of things I read about, to be honest. Truth is I feel that food in the US is sorely lacking in nutrients, and that means more than just vitamins. Then to my surprise, I took 2 capsules as soon as I received my bottle and a tooth that had been making me miserable for the last 4 days just quit hurting within 5 minutes

These pills are a little large but are great for added mi wraps in your diet!

I take this balanced mineral suppliment 3 times a day. The bottle says 4 X a day but I figure I get the rest from my good diet.
